Co-Ops and Internships
Opportunities to gain experiential degree related internship and co-op experiences abound. The Center for Career & Professional Development is there for you every step of the way.
Students secure internships through a variety of ways, including the career CRM platform “Handshake”, career expos, conferences, company websites, and personnel networking.
Students even have the option of utilizing their internship/co-op experience to obtain up to 6 units of academic credit. During the 2022/23 academic year over 361 Daytona Beach and 152 Prescott students chose to receive academic credit. This is but a small percentage of the total number of students having secured an internship or co-op experience during the year.
