Solving the real-world problems of farmers takes more than technology. In this latest feature story, Worldwide College of Aeronautics Scientists, Dr. Joe Cerreta and Dr. Scott Burgess traveled to Turnbull Farm in central Oregon to use UAS to study threats to the region's hemp crop.
