Business Professor Cited in Story on Pittsburgh Airport's Investment in Startup Airline

TribLive interviewed Daytona Beach Campus College of Business Professor of Economics and Finance Dr. Bijan Vasigh for a story about the Pittsburgh International Airport investing $3 million into small startup airline OneJet in order to help expand its services.

OneJet offers nonstop service to regional destinations that larger airlines don't fly to, which plays a key role in the Pittsburgh airport's comeback strategy.

"Smaller airports have no choice (to grow) except giving some kind of incentive," Vasigh said.
