Conard holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (’85, DB) and an MBA degree from another university. While at Embry-Riddle, he served as student body president and was a member of Lambda Chi. He is based in St. Louis, at Boeing’s Strike, Surveillance and Mobility division headquarters.
