Over 100 Students from Across Europe Graduating from Embry-Riddle Worldwide

A total of 102 students will be receiving 110 degrees through Embry-Riddle Worldwide Europe this spring.  Almost 50 Embry-Riddle graduates will attend the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Graduation Ceremony at the Lufthansa Training & Conference Center in Seeheim, Germany, Saturday, May 20 at 2 p.m. Immediately follow the ceremony, faculty, staff, friends and alumni are invited to a reception honoring the graduates and their families.

Associate and bachelor’s degrees will be awarded in Aeronautics, Aviation Maintenance, Technical Management, Engineering Technology and Aviation Business Administration. Master’s degrees will be awarded in Aeronautics, Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Human Security and Resilience, Leadership and Occupational Safety Management.

Speaking at the graduation will be Embry-Riddle Worldwide Chancellor, Dr. John Watret from Embry-Riddle Worldwide headquarters in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Giving the commencement address will be Professor Geert Boosten, MSc, doctoral advisor, professor and head of the Aviation Department at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where he is also responsible for the research unit in Aviation Management. Boosten has spent 29 years in the aviation industry as a commercial management and business development consultant, having been involved in the strategy and/or masterplan development of Toronto International Airport, JFK Airport in New York, Brisbane International Airport and many other major airports around the world.
