Worldwide Students Awarded NARA Scholarships

The National Aircraft Resale Association (NARA) recently distributed $25,000 in scholarship monies to six university students, including five from Embry-Riddle Worldwide. Wendylie Alix, Joshua Chancey, Thomas Emery, Christopher Daniels and Samantha Lindholm received awards ranging from $1,000 to $5,000.

The NARA Business Aviation Scholarship program was established in 2014 for university students seeking a career in business aviation and within the corporate aircraft sales, marketing, finance, legal and insurance community.

“This year, we exceeded our expectations with donated funds hitting the $25,000 mark for the NARA Scholarship program,” said Anthony ‘Tony’ Kioussis, president of Asset Insight, Inc., and chairman of the NARA Scholarship Committee. “The aviation students who were selected are very deserving, and NARA is committed to investing in future leaders of our aviation industry.”​​
