Economics Professor Featured in USA Today Story on European Flight Fares

Alan Bender, chair of the Social Sciences and Economics Department at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Worldwide Campus, was interviewed for a USA Today story titled “Will $99 Fares to Europe Become the New Normal?”

“It’s all about the Internet,” Bender says. “(But) currently, fares are much higher than they need to be.”
