New Construction

Daytona Beach Campus:

The new Student Union will serve as the community hub for students, faculty, and staff to come together to collaborate, study, and relax. The four-story, technology-rich building, which will feature a library, will be an iconic addition to the campus, serving as students' home away from home. It will offer a variety of services related to academics, retail, dining, and entertainment. At 177,000 square feet, it will be the largest building on campus.

Prescott Campus:

The cutting-edge STEM Education Center will feature a variety of computing, simulation, and robotics labs as well as a community-friendly planetarium. Students will have access to the latest technology and equipment in the two-story, 52,529-square-foot building to translate information and ideas into real-world problem-solving skills. This research-rich environment will also inspire and enable local students and underrepresented groups in science and technology fields, such as young women and minorities, to pursue degrees and careers in rewarding and high-paying STEM-related professions.
