Twelve Location Closures at Embry-Riddle Worldwide Campus

To all Students, Faculty and Staff,

Embry-Riddle is committed to our students’ success and to the health and well-being of everyone in our community. The situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic is changing rapidly. With this in mind, and to ensure the safety of our students, faculty, staff and local communities, we will restrict access to selected Worldwide campus locations; however, we will continue to serve the academic needs of our students via EagleVision Home and/or online.

Our dedicated staff, at all of our campus locations, will continue to be available during regular business hours through their normal telephone, email, and virtual office hours to answer any questions.

The following Embry-Riddle Worldwide locations are closed as of March 13, 2020:

  • Fort Lauderdale
  • Miami
  • Orlando
  • Space Coast
  • Geilenkirchen
  • Wiesbaden
  • Aviano
  • Sigonella
  • Rota
South Korea
  • Camp Humphreys
  • Osan
Washington State
  • Everett

All other Embry-Riddle Worldwide physical locations remain open at this time.

Please watch for email updates. We will continue to follow the guidance of and remain in compliance with the applicable national, state, local and military health protocols to make decisions appropriate to local circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have recently traveled and you are experiencing any signs of illness whatsoever, you should stay in place, contact your medical provider immediately and refrain from returning to any Embry-Riddle campus at this time.

Similarly, if you were on a cruise ship or in an international location, you should limit interactions with other people for 14 days, in keeping with U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and the U.S. Department of State’s global Level 3 health advisory. In addition, please practice social distancing and stay safe during this global health crisis.

Your health and wellbeing are our top priority. Our goal is to keep all members of our community safe and to maintain the academic integrity you expect of our talented staff and faculty. With your help, we look forward to returning to normal operations as soon as possible.
