Student Finds Home, Diversity at Embry-Riddle

Embry-Riddle has given Oko Nelson the chance to combine his love of aviation with his passion for business and entrepreneurship, something few other schools could do so effectively. It’s also taught him the importance of a diverse, inclusive,  and close-knit learning environment.

Nelson, a senior in the accelerated bachelor’s-to-master’s degree program in the David B. O’Maley College of Business who has done internships at Boeing, says he’s found that one key avenue to success is “always finding ways to add value to anything you’re doing.”
