From Real World to Worldwide, this Eagle’s Journey Continues

Rachel Stanley knows all about the advantages Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University can offer.

That’s why the 24-year-old is returning to the Worldwide Campus while she’s still part of a special two-year program at Boeing, aiming to add a Master of Science in Management to the Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration she earned at the Prescott Campus in 2019.

“I had such an amazing experience at Embry-Riddle during my undergrad, and the faculty really showed that they care about the students,” Stanley said.

She is excited about the upcoming online program, which offers the flexibility of Embry-Riddle’s top-rated distance learning technology and allows her to continue her work at Boeing while she earns her advanced degree.

Citing another Embry-Riddle perk, Stanley said: “I like that I have the opportunity to work with people from around the world.”

That’s something she’s experienced already, both in her undergraduate classes and thanks to her selection for Boeing’s elite Business Career Foundation Program.

The aerospace giant recruits top candidates from universities across the United States, aiming to accelerate the development of dynamic new business leaders by providing them a challenging experience that encompasses six, four-month rotations through different business areas that include operations, sales and marketing, and accounting.

Embry-Riddle’s longstanding relationship with Boeing and its reputation for preparing students to take on the world helped Stanley land a coveted spot in the program before she finished her undergraduate degree.

Now, she’s excited about applying her graduate studies in a practical setting at Boeing. She specifically chose the MSM program with a specialization in project management to continue bolstering her management skills.

The advanced degree she earns as a Worldwide online student will be another key milestone in Stanley’s journey toward her ultimate goal of becoming an aerospace leader.
