Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University reported 10 new cases of Covid-19 over the past week, March 18-24, 2022. The case count included seven at our Daytona Beach, Florida, campus and three at our Prescott, Arizona, campus. There were no new cases at our Worldwide Headquarters campus. One person was under quarantine at the Daytona Beach campus.

Although the pandemic has finally subsided, Embry-Riddle will continue to report test results until the end of the spring 2022 semester to ensure transparency.

The university continues to strongly encourage Covid-19 vaccinations and booster shots. We also continue to suggest that everyone should be aware of and consider following the current mask guidelines set forth by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).

The CDC recently eased its mask guidelines. Masks are currently recommended for individuals who are at high risk for severe illness as well as those who live or work in areas with higher levels of community transmission. You can check your county’s risk level on this webpage.

As always, stay home if you are sick and practice rigorous hand hygiene.
