“Our mission to provide a world-class education is achieved in large part by ensuring that the success, safety and well-being of our entire community are at the forefront of all that we do,” said Embry-Riddle President P. Barry Butler, Ph.D. “Our culture is a supportive and nurturing one dedicated to service, integrity, professionalism and resilience. It’s an honor to be recognized for the 12th time for the extraordinary achievements and workplace culture that our talented faculty and staff produce at Embry-Riddle.”
Great Colleges to Work For is one of the largest and most respected workplace-recognition programs in the country. Official results will be released in a special insert of The Chronicle of Higher Education on Sept. 16.
Survey results are based on a two-part assessment process: an institution questionnaire that captured employment data and workplace policies from each institution, and a survey administered to faculty, administrators and professional support staff. The primary factor in deciding whether an institution received recognition was employee feedback. ModernThink, a strategic human capital consulting firm, administered the survey and analyzed the results.
Embry-Riddle employs more than 2,500 faculty and staff worldwide.
