Throwback Thursday: TWA tries to take you away back in 1949

Check out this vintage ad from the Saturday Evening Post from Feb. 19, 1949 featuring one of the TWA Skyliner fleet.

The plane shown in the ad is a Lockheed Constellation, a propeller-driven, four-engined airliner built by Lockheed Corporation between 1943 and 1958.
